The first step in the selling process is typically a “no fee” consultation with one of the brokerage specialists at Henry Hemmen & Associates, Inc. who will discuss your concerns regarding the transition of your dental practice.
If it is determined that selling your dental practice will provide the desired result, you will be provided a “Practice Valuation Questionnaire,” which is a listing of the information necessary to complete an appraisal of your practice prior to beginning a discussion of a fair asking price, and a “Listing Agreement.”
When the information is compiled, and the listing agreement has been returned to our office, a visit to your practice will be scheduled to complete the due diligence necessary of a responsible broker and to learn more about your practice and the surrounding community for use in the “Marketing Packet.” This is a packet which will be provided to serious buyers after a Confidentiality Agreement has been signed and returned to Henry Hemmen & Associates, Inc.
