When the Buyer selects a practice listed with Hemmen & Associates additional details will be provided after an agreement of confidentiality (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is reviewed, signed and returned (both pages) by the Buyer to our office by email [email protected] or by mail.

By signing this agreement, the Buyer states the confidential information received regarding the seller’s practice will not be disclosed to anyone other than advisors to the transaction.

When the agreement is signed and returned , a “Marketing Packet” will be forwarded using mail, fax, or email.
