Hemmen & Associates  formerly known as Henry Hemmen & Associates, Inc. has offered Accounting and Practice Management services to the Dental profession since 1964.  Since 1992, the Dental Practice Brokerage division has assisted with transitions Nationwide while concentrating in the Midwest. Due to the extensive services provided Dental clients, H&A has established valuable working relationships with attorneys, accountants, and lenders from across the country to better facilitate Practice Transitions.  Hemmen & Associates has affiliations with  the National Association of Practice Brokers, the Accountants Association of Iowa, the Institute of Business Appraisers, and the Practice Valuation Study Group. Tom Hemmen graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, with bachelor of science degrees in Economics and in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis. He leverages his 33 years of business management and consultative sales experience to structure winning solutions. Tom’s involvement with HHA began in 2008, becoming a permanent member of the team in 2016 and partial owner in January 2017. In 2021 Tom become full owner of Hemmen & Associates.
