Buyer Inquiry

When the Buyer selects a practice listed with Henry Hemmen & Associates, Inc., additional details will be provided after an agreement of confidentiality (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is reviewed, signed and returned (both pages) by the Buyer to our office by email [email protected] or by fax (563) 355-4822.

By signing this agreement, the Buyer states the confidential information received regarding the seller’s practice will not be disclosed to anyone other than advisors to the transaction.

When the agreement is signed and returned , a “Marketing Packet” will be fowrarded using mail, fax, or email.

If the practice is of interest after the review of the Marketing Packet, a visit to the facility will be arranged with Henry Hemmen & Associates, Inc. Additional financial details will be provided and additional questions will be answered.

When a decision is made to purchase the practice an “Intent to Purchase” agreement will be provided to the Buyer and Buyer’s Advisors, which is then signed by both the Buyer and the Seller. The “Intent” states that a transition will occur if the terms of the purchase can be successfully negotiated. Negotiations will then begin with the Buyer, the Buyer’s advisors and Henry Hemmen & Associates, Inc. as representative for the Seller.
